How To Order

Step 1: Consultation

Send us an email, and Karina will arrange a telephone consultation to discuss your ideas. Once the brief is finalised we will require a 50% deposit to secure your spot.

Step 2: Illustrate

It's time to get illustrating! We will provide a rough sketch of your design and then the drawings begin. We will keep you updated throughout the process on the progress of your design. 

Step 3: Print & Delivery

Upon finalisation of your design, we will require the remaining 50% and send these to be printed. Once proof checked these will then be delivered to your home address.

How long does the process take?

It all depends on the type of work and illustrations we are creating but usually, the process from design to printing takes 3-8 weeks depending on how prompt the communication is.

When do i get in touch?

We would recommend reaching out 5-6 months in advance of handing out your invitations as the design process can take between 3-8 weeks, or then for any short-notice designs we will need at least one month to create these.

How much does the average couple spend on cards?

This varies between each client but our couples usually spend between £750-£1400 with Kcreates including design, printing and delivery.

Do you do digital invites?

Yes we do offer digital designs, these take up to 3 weeks to create.

How do you make payment?

We take payment via bank transfer, 50% prior to the project start and 50% due before printing

Do we get to see the design in the process?

Of course! Throughout the illustrative process, we will send you updates via WhatsApp or email to keep everyone

in the loop. Before print, we will send you all the files for you to confirm or add amendments. 

What is your most cost effective option if we have a smaller budget?

Digial invitations are the perfect solution as they don't require printing and can be sent out electronically or added

to websites.

What is gold foiling and letterpress?

Foiling is a printing technique that creates a shiny, metallic effect on card stocks and is commonly used in luxury wedding designs. Letterpress is a printing technique that involves pressing a design or text into paper creating an indented handcrafted effect - this is a more premium and expensive option but offers that luxurious feel for your special day!

When do we get in touch for save the dates?

1 year in advance of sending these out is recommended but it all depends on if your wedding is a destination or a

local wedding.

How are our invites posted to us? 

Your invites will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for straight to you to open!
